Great staff of engineers designers and immediate management, demonstrating great technical knowledge and genuinely listening and helping each other.
Cons
Senior management insist they know best. We can't be trusted with 'sensitive' figures, but we're expected to trust them that they can turn the ship around. Strategic decisions around customer acquisition were naïve at best and grossly mismanaged at worst Progression and pay reviews took over 2 years to even get a basic framework in place which is crucial for attracting and retain talent, especially in tech
