      Working at Boomplay was a nightmare

      Pros

      You get to meet some of your favourite celebrities and listen to their music before it’s released. You also get to work in a fun and vibrant environment

      Cons

      Terrible work culture. Management is far removed from reality. HR is dismissive. Pay is poor. Working arrangement is very exploitative. You can also get fired or laid off at whim.
