      Pros

      Working at Boom only offers 2 pros. Getting the weekends off, slightly better pay than average for my location.

      Cons

      Dishonest management. Starting from the top and creeping all the way down. A great example of this would be Utah management forcing employees to leave positive reviews on sites like Glassdoor. Unethical business practices, maintaining clients in the dark and being expected to corroborate lies in order to keep it that way. Very political and toxic work culture. Being a free thinker is indirectly and unofficially discouraged. Too much carrot dangling with little to no plan or intention to execute.
