Dishonest management. Starting from the top and creeping all the way down. A great example of this would be Utah management forcing employees to leave positive reviews on sites like Glassdoor.

Very political and toxic work culture. Being a free thinker is indirectly and unofficially discouraged.
Too much carrot dangling with little to no plan or intention to execute.
