Technical training could be better. Need for prior construction experience is recommended.

Management is located in Somerset office so are not likely to realise the potential of the architects in the London office. It is a Somerset company not really a London company. No designing in the London office only stages 4-6. The London management is very technical so they don't acknowledge good design and therefore they don't design schemes in the London office. Its basically a good place if you only want to do production information. Some Senior management in London office are poor at communicating and have lack of interest in design. Its very boring! Not a place to be if you want to talk about elaborate buildings
