      This needs to be heard before someone else makes the same mistake

      Good tech space, cool GTM team, and pure entertainment for watching-purposes only

      Cons

      Incompetent Leadership team specifically the CEO who has now taken on the CMO, CRO, and CSO roles. Several deals & internal employees were lost due to the CEO's inability to display empathy, rationalism or accept any feedback. Any productive question asked such as "what is our competitive edge?", would get you publicly embarrassed for and then personally ignored. The constant hiring, firing, and demotions took a hit to the culture which is the one thing the company had going for them.

      Pay was pretty good, but no benefits offered.

      Cons

      Leadership will lie directly to your face. Leadership operates completely top down and doesn't listen to the employees and what is needed. Most team members are very cold and rude. We had more internal meetings than any company I have ever worked for. If you ask for more involvement, they will take advantage of you and then lay you off immediately after. They'd rather pay someone outside the USA to do a lesser quality job because its cheaper.
