Pros
Pay was pretty good, but no benefits offered.
Cons
Leadership will lie directly to your face. Leadership operates completely top down and doesn't listen to the employees and what is needed. Most team members are very cold and rude. We had more internal meetings than any company I have ever worked for. If you ask for more involvement, they will take advantage of you and then lay you off immediately after. They'd rather pay someone outside the USA to do a lesser quality job because its cheaper.
