      Pros

      Adequate pay, full benefits after 30 full days, nice office, free coffee, employee events, flex time, flexible remote work, convenient office location, free parking, secure office, etc.

      Cons

      Bad management, no training, old malfunctioning devices, incompetent IT dept, unsupportive managers, high turnover, white boys club, executives unwilling to take action when told procedures are not working.
