      Interesting work in the renewables sector Good pipeline of projects in early and late stage development as well as one large operational asset.

      Good company to work at!

      Pros

      Growing company with great plan to scale. A player in the energy industry with multiple locations across Canada, US, France and UK. Excellent collaborative culture with flexible hierarchy (possible to interact with high tier management). Flexible work schedule with fully remote option. Interesting projects to work on Great place to be in for a career boost if candidate has 5-10 years experience and is looking to get into management roles.

      Cons

      Work can become repetitive in the long term with lots of sensitivities and monthly reports/presentations. Pay slightly inferior market rate Difficult to envision career path progression when starting at entry level

      Cons

      Company lack experience with development and execution of projects after taking 5 years off from building. Strange org-chart in the North American Business Unit Low pay by US standards Health benefits in the US are poor.
