      Pros

      Great company culture, work/life balance, great benefits, pays well. I work with higher level management, and they are all great people that care about those working for them, so the culture is top-down.

      Cons

      Company runs lean so mobility can be challenging but it is available, you just may need to be in a role for some time before moving onto something else
