      Pretty Sweet Place To Work Remotely

      Pros

      - engaging work - awesome perks - remote work option - steep learning curve - attentive management - highly skilled international team - the firm puts people in front of profits - further development of new skills highly encouraged

      Cons

      No workplace is perfect but it is very hard to find any negatives about working at BAM. After a year at the firm, I still look forward each day to the work.

      + Continous learning opportunities not only available but encouraged. + BAM really values you as a person, not just an employee. + Flexible work schedule + Great work environment while still keeping organized goals in mind.

      Cons

      - Some people might like an office environment so they can be close to their colleagues, I find this can be replaced with chats, calls, and weekly meetups. - If people are not used to managing their own time, time management could be an issue, but BAM can always help

      - Work remotely; manage your own time, and spend time with the family or at the gym instead of commuting. - Great company culture; management cares about the team's happiness and well-being. - Lots of opportunity/encouragement for innovation; there's no bureaucracy, so good ideas can become actual projects pretty fast. - Great benefits

      Cons

      Not a con of the company, but of working remotely; it can feel monotonous at times. Nevertheless, the company encourages and sponsors team meetups at cafes and co-working places.
