Pros

There were no pros, it is a scam.

Cons

This company ended up being a scam. They said hours were 9:30-5:30pm, then night before I am supposed to start I get a text saying the hours begin a 7:00am -5:00pm due to day light savings time...even though I was hired after that. Went from 40 hours a week to 50+. Their office is above a pet store in an office with Mass Visions on the door. No website, no letter head, no information online, no salary, no proper paper work. They say they are a start up but yet when go in say they have offices everywhere and that everyone makes over 100,000 after a few months, which are clearly lies. I also did a day of "shadowing" for 10 hours and was not paid, as said it was part of the interviewing process. They post all these different positions and titles but in reality it is all the same job, standing outside giving away phones or whatever other product. Told me I was chosen out of 800 people who applied...I should of known they were a scam from the moment they said that, as that is impossible.

Pros

It does have career opportunities, if you dedicate all your time to the company The energy is great Multi cultural atmosphere

Cons

You work from 7:30 am until 7:30/8pm but they only pay you for your sales, and the time you are ACTUALLY trying to make sales, it's only from 10am until 5pm... And you work from Monday to Saturday. If you have no friends or family, this is the job for you. You can't sit at the office, you can't eat, you can't complain/share your opinion about anything because they only want "positivity". They say it's Marketing or PR, but they have no notions of what Marketing is, it's plain old sales. You have 1 week of training and after that you are expected to recruit and train. They teach you how to manipulate people not only to make sales but to be able to recruit and maintain people. This last one doesn't really work, because 8/10 people that do the training leave after a week. You are You are basically outside everyday, in poor neighborhoods and try to give phones... in the winter also. The "team nights" are mandatory... If you have stuff to do every Thrusday, too bad This job is only for people that don't have family, friends or a life. You need to be a reaaal people person and sales person to enjoy this job. By the way, it's exactly the same company as Royal Enterprise.

Worst job experience of my life

Pros

Most of co-workers are really good people. Nothing of my issues there were personal, I've met some great people in that office.

Cons

I didn't realize what was going on during the interview, but the company is a classic example of pyramid scheme. They sell an opportunity to get rich really fast, but at least on my case they are not clear about the fact that you have to sell your soul to make little to no money. I believe higher management might be rich and have a flexible schedule, but don't be fool, they use this exception just to prove a point. The foundation of the business is recruiting, and that's because it's almost impossible to retain employees making them work so many hours for NO benefits. Another reason for so much focus on recruiting is because to sustain the business in higher management, the base of the pyramid needs to be insanely big. The campaigns are commission based ONLY, so if you don't hit the practically impossible goal, you don't make any money (there were days that I got paid $20 for 10 hours of work). I don't know if it's possible to people to pay the bills with only that job (I could barely pay my car bills with my commissions). You have to make sales outdoors, in plazas or parks, but the organization doesn't even provide the permits for you to do that without the risk of people calling the police on you. Besides that, they create a culture that is almost a brain wash. The atmospheres, the one-on-ones, the "optional" team nights, everything is created to make you believe you're part of something greater. That's not true! Something greater is when you volunteer in a hospital or start a real and sustainable business. Being exploited by someone so he can get rich is not something greater. Waiting tables is a much more noble and profitable job, so if you want quick money, I suggest you do that instead. I know people who developed health issues because of the stress of hitting production. In fact, they have all these formulas to achieve their objectives and some of that stuff works, but it's still not enough for you to make real sales and have a real income. The list of cons is long, but I think people don't understand until they are actually working there. I even believe some people will love that job, but if you don't like being exploited for no money, just avoid that place, there are other ways of making a living.
