Pros

Friendly and personable co-founders Good learning opportunities Minimal commitment outside of scheduled shifts (1 monthly meeting) The pay is pretty good for how straightforward and simple the work is. Families are usually really kind and appreciative!

Cons

Significantly lower pay than what an RN would make doing more skilled home care or in a hospital. No travel/gas reimbursement for nursing staff. Very little employee appreciation. Can be a very isolating job.

Pros

Amazing management- I felt very supportive! Monthly nursing meetings to help stay UTD Grateful and kind patients

Cons

It is home care so the travel could be an issue for some! However, they were really good at matching the nurses with patients close to where they live
