Pros

Training if the “instructor” (who’s just another agent) actually shows up and is actually knowledgeable about the subject. Good for when you are just starting out, and begin learning the business.

Cons

Toxic work environment, CEO/Broker is one of the most disrespectful, offensive people I have ever worked for. I have heard him blatantly disrespect agents in front of other peers with the most vulgar language. Brining up topics that do NOT belong in a safe work environment. Agents are pushed to write positive Glassdoor reviews, management knowing the reviews on Glassdoor were previously horrible because they were true. The database is so outdated, it still needs to run on internet explorer. The CEO is so focused on strictly numbers to “be on the top” instead of actually giving quality services. I was closing many deals successfully, but still constantly compared to other agents in a negative way.

Pros

Database + keys for student rentals Good basic rental training, good for people just starting out or college kids

Cons

The CEO/Broker might be the worst person I've ever met. Very abrasive and mean. Talks to agents as if they're scum of the earth if they're not making HIM a lot of money Terrible commission splits and structure No growth into sales (unless you're a manager, MAYBE you can do a sale if you're a favorite) "Mandatory" office hours and training - if you don't do exactly what he tells you, your accounts will be shut down with no notice and have to go into an office to beg for YOUR accounts back. Very inconvenient, especially in a remote-hybrid industry like real estate Belittled by CEO I could go on and on but you get the point
