Pros

Great colleagues, good learning environment, tuition remission

Cons

The higher level management has no idea what’s going on. They have created a toxic environment where bullying is encouraged between departments. They don’t care about staff at all but we are supposed to be the backbone of the university. Staff are always last compared to faculty and students. Never clear communication on what’s happening.
