Pros
- The people are great. - The office is beautiful, in a great location. - The backend architecture is a piece of beauty.
Cons
- Hired aggressively for 5 months only to layoff 40 people overnight with no warning. - Management is huge. The company has a vast amount of VPs/Heads for a small company. - There is hardly a global direction to push towards, as much as "displace marketshare" is great. There was horrible vision into company direction which made leading difficult. - The red tape is also a big problem
