      small company that needs to grow

      Pros

      Based in Los Angeles and flexible work hours. your coworkers are great and fun work experience and a learning environment.

      Cons

      Management. They dont have a gameplan. the company flip flops on its direction. They dont ask feedbacks from us and when performance lacks they blame you instead of trying to find ways to find solutions.

      Pros

      Brilliant team. Great office. Positive moves from senior leadership in replacing poor VP performers with better VPs and new product and engineering leaders as well. Much improved business focus and product is way ahead of competition. Definitely has huge untapped potential to increase valuation in coming years. This is one of the most interesting tech companies in LA for sure.

      Cons

      Need to hire more VPs and grow sales and marketing to drive revenue growth and fuel the machine. Board need to leave the company alone so they can execute.

      Brilliant People. Great Market Opportunity. KPMG gives them a foot in the door globally. Huge market demand.

      Cons

      Exodus of key personnel prompted by micromanagement on the part of leadership. Lawsuits as a way to raise capital. VC board managing the firm as if it needed to be profitable rather than for rapid growth and first mover advantage.
