high performing team
team effort to stay connected during covid
unique intersection between businesses and non-profit world
consultative sales, not pushy cold call type sales
realistic team goals on membership team
team orientation - invested in employees
Great benefits
individualized opportunities in community as you grow with team
team is deeply committed to the community and making a difference
Cons
Team on a whole is very ambitious and can sometimes feel like the team is biting off more than can be chewed
Pay is fairly standard for non-profit world, but not competitive
Very nice people, nice atmosphere, always positive, pretty flexible schedule if needed, and helpful employers. Networking opportunities in the Boulder Business Community.
Cons
Pay - lower end of the spectrum for role in the area. The commute from Denver was poor both directions - 1 hr+ to travel 20 miles. Small lot - often full of guest vehicles.
