      Pros

      Modern facility with management that’s always open to learning the latest and greatest in medicine. Great opportunities to build close and lasting relationships with clients and patients. Management does not allow their employees to be abused by clients and will back and advocate for them.

      Cons

      I truly can’t think of any. Even though I was offered full-time work with my current company, I choose to stay on part time here simply because I love this clinic and the people who work there.

      Pros

      Nice facilities when they open but then poor management and lazy hiring practices let it go downhill.

      Cons

      One of the busiest schedules of any vet in Chicago. Be prepared to work very hard for less than $1 raise every year

      Pros

      The whole team at BLVD is clearly so passionate about giving the best care that they possibly can and making sure that client's have experience. Everyone is eager to continue to learn and build their skills no matter what role they are in, great team work, and great vibes all around. Lots of opportunities for growth. Management is very open to discussing ideas/concerns and very responsive.

      Cons

      All of the cons that I can think of are more industry issues rather than BLVD specific things.
