      Pros

      Opportunities for advancement are plenty and hard work is usually recognised and rewarded. Culture is a big push for them and the workplace is an enjoyable place to be most of the time.

      Cons

      If you don't fit their mould you can quickly find yourself stagnating. Promotions later on will require considerable travel time, and if not accepted can be rescinded and never offerred again. Median pay is subpar compared to other competitors in the space.
