Good, friendly, hardworking co-workers. Interesting exhibitions.

Cons

Upper management is dictatorial, not open to new ideas and rules by fear and intimidation.

Pros

-Working with students from all backgrounds -Security and other POC Staff were amazing to Work with. -Access to exhibits

Cons

-Asked to preform miracles when lacking funds and staff. -Very difficult to talk to upper management because they were stuck in their ancient ways. -No trancepsrany in wages, grants and distribution of funds. -No incentive to continue working -No ability to move up in careers -No interest in working with the community in Santa Ana. -Constantly being apprehended by upper management when things were not in your jurisdiction. -Musuem is highly driven by making a profit which under-minded education driven programs. -No respect for education and how crucial it is in the musuem.
