      Pros

      Chilled out environment and that's it

      Cons

      Constant focus on negatives and don't recognize good work, low wage with no chance of promotion. Terrible communication between departments and the director just cares about money and don't value a lot of the employees that work there.

      Massive changes not for the better when taken over by a new firm Terrible communication No time for original employees, only ones employed by new management Forcing people out of jobs to make way for new shiny yes men

      Good if you need experience but don't stay here long get out ASAP

      * Relaxed * Due to terrible communication and management can get away with anything * 25 days holiday * Don't work bank holidays * Warehouse and returns workers are fun * Easy to get a job here

      Cons

      * Complete lack of communication * The in-house software they use to run the company is outdated and just terrible in many aspects * Anti-LGBTQ+ management * Customer service / office staff are undertrained and clueless * Lack of promotion opportunities * Pay peanuts * Don't train you properly, learn on your own *Higher ups look down on you like dirt
