Pros

Remote work during the pandemic.

Cons

Honestly if I had the ability, I would have given ZERO stars! This was one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked for. Not only is the leadership team full to the brim with unprofessional, chauvinistic individuals, they know it and do NOTHING to correct it. The company is dodging legal issue after legal issues just paying their way through their mistakes rather than addressing the root cause and correcting it. The culture is terrible and is one in which the one who yells the loudest or causes the biggest issue, is the only voice that’s heard. The Payroll Department is the absolute worst I’ve EVER seen in my 20+ years of experience and the company leadership and ELT is AWARE and does nothing but make excuses for the continuous errors brought on by promoting non-qualified individuals into positions they are not equipped to handle. The company recently went through an implementation of Workday. This was the worst, most unorganized and problematic implementation I’ve EVER seen!!! If you’re looking for a company you’ll be with for more than a few months, The Boyd Group /Gerber Collision & Glass is NOT they place for you!!!

Pros

The people you get to meet are great.

Cons

Poor management, no processes in place, micromanaging, no communicated expectations, difficult to work here, no onboarding, interview for one role and end up being in a different role, no support from managers.

Pros

Some decent coworkers who are trying to make the best of the situation. Occasional flexibility in work hours.

Cons

The company has serious management issues that make it nearly impossible to succeed or feel motivated. There is a complete lack of clear direction from leadership, which leaves employees scrambling to figure out what the actual goals are. It feels like we're constantly chasing after shifting priorities, which leaves us overworked and frustrated. Management doesn't seem to know how to prioritize tasks effectively, and instead, there’s a constant cycle of urgent but poorly thought-out initiatives. This has led to unnecessary pressure and burnout. Rather than having clear discussions or guidance, it often feels like decisions are being made in the dark, with no real feedback loops or room for employee input. The lack of structure and communication has created a toxic environment where people are expected to perform without understanding the bigger picture or how their work fits into the company's long-term objectives. In the end, everyone is left feeling overwhelmed and undervalued, which contributes to an overall lack of morale.
