The benefits should change with tenure.
For those who are looking to just do their work and go home until they change to something else, I don't recommend BBA. This company really, really cares about the clients and their future. That requires staff who care just as much and are looking to help better behaviors and skill acquisition in a compassionate manner. This requires more skill than looking at the job as babysitting or just doing the goals to get them done. The BCBAs, including myself, and the CEO provide feedback that is reflective of work. Because of the understanding that we are directly impacting children's futures, there are consistent and honest (but compassionate) reviews of work.
