Pros
Everyone there is so lovely, and they really prioritise you as a human first over work. You have unlimited holidays, and are able to take time out/off work for almost anything. Your hours our so flexible too, as long as you are there for stand-ups and weekly meetings, there's no time tracking. Fully remote too!
Cons
Minimum wage, with no salary increases. You are constantly moving from one project to the other, and it never really feels like you are making any progress, just going round in circles.
