Business outlook
Pros
Company culture is very open and progressive. Great colleagues and the mentors/owners are approachable. Everyone is collaborative in helping both students and co-trainers to improve. Learned a lot here in terms of consistently improving myself.
Cons
Our schedule depends on the students assigned. While they try to work on it so us trainers could get proper breaks, sometimes we still get overwhelmed with the schedule. When there are few students on the other hand, the time we spent traveling to and from work is longer than the actual time we spent at work.
