At Brains, we strive to achieve high level of customer service and customer satisfaction to our customers and clients. I have seen first hand how great customer service results in a great reputation and level of trust with our customers. As well, I have found that everyone within Brains is very helpful, and motivating. This has helped me, especially assisting and fulfilling our customer’s needs and expectations.

Cons

As it is a competitive market, it is sometimes hard to gain new and keep existing customers, and sometimes results in lay offs. Unfortunately, there are some past employees have taken this personally, when it isn’t. The job market is very aggressive, and accounts will come and go, that’s the name of the game.

Pros

Brains II has a tremendous opportunity in the marketplace. One of those few that are independent of OEM control, yet supporting them at the same time. Great customer loyalty with many at 10+ years of service.

Cons

Have been denied by the manufacturers to support product under the warranty because they stay independent. Sometimes hard to sell.
