*NAAC not achieved yet even after all the protocols & procedures, hence there are new rules every single month to be exact, which is utterly frustrating
*Bad University timings
*Completely monotonous work routine
*No growth academically
*Student quality utterly disgusting and backed by upper management
*Faculty is treated like every other staff (sweeper, janitor, etc.) & completely ill-treated at every situation possible.
*API dependent by about 80% on student feedback, which is totally a baseless one as the students themselves are worthless
*Exams are conducted completely on the basis of suggestions from the question bank or if one may say, a xerox of the same, & hence no culture of studies exist.
*Absolutely zero holidays in a calendar year if seen carefully
