Cons
You get in what you put out so if you want the big money. you need to be focused to work the hours - the office is extremely busy so working over when the phones go quiet makes sense!! Not a con per say. Very tight knit team who work together in a fast paced environment - a strong robust personality is key and you will fit right in!
