Impressive enterprise client roster and fun people to work with. Everyone is super nice.

Cons

This company will literally suck the life out of you. They'll question your judgement at every step of the way, while comically giving off the felling that you're working with the b-team. Do not, under any circumstances, believe that they have as big of a client roster that they claim (it's Augeo-wide, not Brand Networks in specific). Everything is smoke and mirrors. They cite impressive build capabilities, but then work the product and engineering teams incredibly hard on the backend to actually build it, which leads to really low internal morale and poor work-life balance. They say they care, but then take away benefits. Having a "fun summer offsite" (aka a trip to the park for catered BBQ and volleyball games) doesn't make up for the incredible stress you're under all the time. FYI - they offer 401k matching, but it's pretty low and has a 1 year vesting cliff. This is the worst employer I've ever had.
