It made me realize my own worth. Working for this company feels like hitting rock bottom.

Cons

It's crazy how this company functions. I have no words to describe how the management can use sarcastic insults, shift blame of there own inefficiencies on to their subordinates, Fifteen days of unpaid training where you pretty much just did what you would do when working. Steer clear of this company.

You can learn top notch politics. The CEO is good at his work, and he should remain doing that only.

Cons

1. No structure, no plans. 2. Unethical practices, 3. They don't care about clients, 4. Salary is a magic it won't reflect after some time, 5. You can definitely learn bad leadership skills from Jyoti Arya and sam baisla ( surender baisla ). 6. Don't ever go for a work from home opportunity from them because your salary will get hold for 2 months. 7. Including the last year batch and the tenure they are working from, they nearly played with 100+ people careers. 8. They even get personal to you, 0 professionalism.
