      A lot of chance to grow in this industry, I love the fact how it is all based on how hard you are willing to work. The harder you work the faster you grow and I love the fact that it’s all based on you.

      Cons

      I wasn’t micromanaged at the beginning as much as I may have wanted to be.

      Great work environment w/ other like minded individuals who are also driven & motivated to be the best they can be

      Cons

      The only con I can say is it’s a lot of material to understand in a short time, But that’s not a big deal bc I know the goal is to elevate in a condensed time period
