Pros
Group of talented and inspiring professionals, where you feel supported and like nothing can stop you. Leadership is human-centric, addressing issues efficiently and by involving team in major changes or decisions. Lots of opportunity to learn. Lots of team members have been with the company for over 3+ years which is quite rare for a company the size of Brandfizz.
Cons
Workload varies during the year, sometimes average and sometimes high. Work-life balance can be a challenge at times but Brandfizz also offers a lot of days off (5-10 extra days/year + Christmas break + 4 weeks sabbatical), more than any other employer I know in the agency sector.
