Strong and supportive engineering and leadership team. Colleagues are co-operative, friendly, and always willing to help. Encouraging and positive work environment that values growth and learning. Flexible working hours with a fully remote setup. Competitive salary aligned with market standards. Gives plenty of opportunities to put well-thought-out ideas into action. The company encourages employees to pursue certifications and continuous learning.

Deep technical talent: The team is made up of highly experienced engineers who are passionate about infrastructure, automation, and AWS. You’ll be constantly learning just by working alongside them. Learning never stops: Working here means you’re constantly leveling up. The team is always exploring the latest AWS services, infrastructure best practices, and new emerging areas of infrastructure operations, including DevSecOps and FinOps. Certifications are encouraged: Everyone is expected (and supported) to pursue AWS and related certifications. It’s part of the culture. Minimal hand-holding: If you are used to working in a rigid environment, working entirely from runbooks, you won't like this environment. On-call / off-hours required: On-call is part of the job, and not all maintenance work happens during business hours.
