Pros
High starting wage compared to all other places of employment around.
Cons
Seems like nightshift gets worked harder than day shift. We'd have to help them get ahead but they wouldn't help us. Then we would get first shift ahead and be forced to work mandatory overtime because our shift was behind. First shift very rarely had to work mandatory overtime.
