- Company is a healthcare tech company who seems to be unable to improve on the existing concept/applications - C-suite uses 'we're a startup' as a way to chase whatever whim they come up with and how poorly they treat their employees - Company has been a startup since 1998 (24 years and still a startup!?) and has to keep reinventing itself because they lose their vision - C-suite dismissing complaints about those who are pulling the ship down - C-suite dismissive of suggestions on how to right the ship and keep it from financially sinking (unless the person suggesting it is in the CEO's clique) - In the last few months, there's been major management changes and layoffs, which has lowered overall morale and causing those remaining to be overworked - To this, in the last few weeks several people left (which is impactful when the company has <40 FTE's) . Most of the c-suite is 100% to blame for this - Those who remain are afraid the company will financially collapse within months
