Pros

It was a fruitful experience, where I was able to improve my skills as a creator of maths content for children in Years 8 and 9, as well as developing work skills in Moodle and HTML. I think my teamwork skills have improved a lot.

Cons

I didn't feel any real negative aspects.

Pros

They give you a free hoodie. Probably that's the only pro I can think of.

Cons

They clearly don't know what they're doing. 90% of the adults that are in contact with the kids have zero training in education. They are graduates in business, engineering, and what not, and know nothing about pedagogy or didactics. There's a reason why the Portuguese government won't recognize them as a school. They care more about rugby than the qualifications and wellbeing of their staff. Please, don't enrol your children here. They will be the guinea pigs of a disastrous social experiment.

Pros

An interesting educational model especially with the lack of teachers in today's society. Offers students flexibility in time management and execution of exams.

Cons

The organisation lacks accreditation by the Ministry of Education. Effort, extra hours were not appreciated or valued. The work load was immense. Poor middle management and poor communication between departments contributed to stress and frustration.
