      Pros

      I truly love coming to work everyday and so do my co-workers, it shows in the work and talent they attract. Also, the CEO truly values all employees and allows your to have a fantastic work/life balance. I can leave anytime to go to family events and no one gets upset.

      Cons

      No dedicated space for lunch or breaks.

      awesome people, great leadership, interesting clients, opportunities to learn and take initiative.

      Cons

      small agency so you'll wear many hats, not all of which you'll know how to wear. not always sensitive to tight deadlines or burnout. limited opportunities for bonuses
