Pros
Nice office space with great co-workers. If I could pick only one advantage it would be the people that work at Bravoure.
Cons
The biggest disadvantage is the lack of leadership. Bravoure is a medium size agency that grew fast and can’t cope with handling everything that comes with success. A messy workflow with no solid processes, a lack of ownership and leadership, are some of the highlights.
