Pros

- Great learning opportunities for younger staff who show initiative or good client relations skills - More frequent bonuses than your typical firm, dependent upon company successes

Cons

- Little to no mentorship or support for staff level - 'figure it out yourself' mentality - Loose leadership structure with zero mid- or upper-level promotions during my tenure which gave a poor sense of your future growth within the company. - Owner is young but VERY old school (we're talking suit fittings in his office, golf trips, country club, private planes, treating admin. staff like a family personal assistant, etc.) - Highly change-averse culture - No female or minority leadership or role models - Projects are staffed very thin, leaving staff overwhelmed and clients sometimes dissatisfied

Thank you for your thoughtful comments and for your contributions as part of our firm. In the years since this review was posted, our firm has implemented a number of changes to strengthen our leadership structure, foster mentorship, and give opportunities for advancement. We’re proud that one of our principals and several other leaders within our company are female. As with every company in the last three years, we’ve had to navigate any number of changes through the pandemic, and we hope that these changes have made our firm stronger. To this reviewer, we wish you all success in your career.

Pros

Nice views from Milwaukee office.

Cons

The majority of senior management, and the heads of all of the office are not architects or believe in architecture. The HR is a joke, and their policies are stuck in the 1950s. If you are a women, minority and not straight, best to stay away.
