      Volatile and abuse and toxic work environment. High turn over and terrible management. Low pay for work load.

      Interesting work. Great industry. Knowledgeable team. Good people.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership. Poor management skills and training - it basically doesn’t exist. Extremely task oriented which does not support new employee development.
