Pros

Vendor lunches is as good as this company is gonna get.

Cons

-If you want to experience nepotism work here. If you want to have job security all you have to do is be a family member or play favoritism. -This jobs seriously overworks you and they expect you to be a robot hinged to your computer the full 8 hours. If you get up to go take a break they’ll look at you weird. Not to mention they don’t have an adequate room/space for lunch hours or breaks. You have to take your lunch in your desk. -Training manager needs to resign or get demoted. She is very condescending and very passive aggressive. Micro manages you from the emails you send all the way down to having notes of everything you do wrong. She even saves your timesheets on her personal computer. Questions your every move and you can’t work peacefully. - Their “HR” team is made up of one person who has also been working there for the longest time and is friends with everyone making it difficult or uneasy to speak up. -This company has such a high turnover. Like I said no job security and you feel as if you’re constantly walking on egg shells.
