When hired I was told it would be easy to promote, then after two months found out there was zero chance to promote.

Pros

They allow employees to work from home if they have a family emergency. They allow almost unlimited un-paid time off.

Cons

Only one week of paid vacation a year. The health and medical insurance is a joke. Almost no opportunity for growth. Almost no training given.

Pros

Executives and principals get plenty of time off. Vendors cater food several times a week. Rare chair massages and mani/pedi’s paid for by vendors. Youthful vibe in office. Free parking. Office in an affluent and nice area. Senior management/executives are nice ladies

Cons

Exceptional lack of gender and race diversity. Directors and principals play favorites. Little to no room to grow at the PC/PM level. Salary at entry level is a livable wage, nothing more nothing less with little potential to boost. Absolute bare minimum PTO which you can’t even earn until 6 months after employment leaves little to no vacation time. PC and PM jobs require more than a 9-5 effort even though you only get paid for a 9-5 shift. Fairly unprofessional compared to its purchasing competitors. Job is interactive but not proactive

Workload is unmanageable Training "program" is directionless Trainer cares more about she is perceived than progress and goals. Trainer also displays inappropriate behavior that makes people uncomfortable When people leave upper management panics or takes a vacation and fail to plan for new direction
