Exceptional lack of gender and race diversity. Directors and principals play favorites. Little to no room to grow at the PC/PM level. Salary at entry level is a livable wage, nothing more nothing less with little potential to boost. Absolute bare minimum PTO which you can’t even earn until 6 months after employment leaves little to no vacation time. PC and PM jobs require more than a 9-5 effort even though you only get paid for a 9-5 shift. Fairly unprofessional compared to its purchasing competitors. Job is interactive but not proactive
