Pros
The students are great! But all students are great regardless of the school.
Cons
In all my 20 years of being an English teacher, this school really sticks out. As a teacher, you have absolutely no rights. You are promised a full schedule and then you land up sacrificing your time waiting for work. The initial training is inadequate so if you make a mistake with scheduling etc you will be blamed and abused, and don't have any kind of medical emergency because you will also be blamed and picked on. As a teacher, you're just a cash-cow at this school.
