Pros
Company and it's founder is good and do care about employees Some other departments are supportive and well-managed. Weekends are off days.
Cons
Favoritism and office politics in the CEM/SDR department. Selective accountability and inconsistent standards by the management people. Numbers don’t matter that much in this department.
