Pros

Williamsburg? Coffee/tea in the kitchen I liked bantering with all the good, hardworking people there and we sympathized with each other

Cons

Funny to see the fact that they don’t even bother trying to make their fake reviews sound real tells a lot.. young and inexperienced team that has no clue. Long hours of working is common in majority of startups (which they are not either), but employees can still go home not hating their job and feel good about the work they put in. The work is easy, just the managers and the nonsense you have to put up with is not worth the poor pay and how they treat you. CEO micromanaged and is in his own head- don’t advertise your Ivy League degrees if you don’t know how to use them or have the EQ to match.

Pros

They previously deleted my comments, not sure how they did it. Do not believe any of the reviews on this page, they are all fabricated. A month ago, Breazy was rated 2 stars and had multiple one star reviews... lots of those reviews vanished. I would not recommend this place for anyone to works, absolutely a joke. They are cheap, turnover is insane, and they have fired all of the hire ups over and over again.

Cons

Everything, including the Ceo, Cfo and sales of the company. They have no clue what they are doing. Please do not delete anymore comments!

Hello, and thanks so much for your feedback. Glassdoor doesn't allow for removal of any reviews and has a screening process for reviews that companies have no ability to influence, but I can understand frustration if it seems like something happened to a review. It's our goal to continue to find ways to engage and support our employees and to make Breazy a place that people want to stay for a long time. Unfortunately, often in start-ups there tends to be some turnover as individuals and the business figure out what they need. As Breazy moves forward we continue to invest in our employees and to partner with those who are as excited as we are about the business and the industry.

Breazy is NOT a startup. It's a sweatshop.

Pros

Coworkers were great and super fun to commiserate with about Breazy. Location is not bad either if you live in Greenpoint... oh wait, most people don't live in Greenpoint or Williamsburg :0

Cons

Breazy is NOT A STARTUP. It's neither shaking up the industry nor is it running on a repeatable and scalable business model. It's just a small e-commerce business that happens to be in a fast-growing industry. Breazy has been around for 4 years and it still has fewer than 40 employees. Does this sound like a fast growing startup to you? Please don't call yourself a startup when you're really just a sweatshop. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and under-appreciated by a CEO is in over his head. It’s not that he doesn’t care about his employees; it’s that he enjoys making them suffer. If you're looking for a reason to hate life, come to Breazy :)

Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out on Glassdoor about your experience. Greenpoint is certainly in a beautiful area, and thanks to the G train has easy access from Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan. We're proud of and excited for the growth that we have been experiencing and are constantly on the look out for talented individuals to join our hard-working team. Our CEO is always happy to answer questions from employees and engage with managers to continue to find ways to engage and support our employees as they grow alongside our business.
