Pros

Good company overall. Knowledgeable colleagues and access to many specialized insurance products. I believe they are a reputable competitor in the insurance field.

Cons

Poor communication from management. They hire and then they lay off. Turnover is moderate. Constantly changing procedures and operating guidelines.

Top notch group of workers and senior management. Friendly environment with flexible work rules, and nice office space. Opportunities for advancement if you make the effort. Tools they give you to work with are modern and sophisticated. Company is respected by their competitors and clients.

Cons

Expanding quickly - needs to assure that the positive culture does not disappear with the growth spurt. IT department has quality people and releases, but sometimes misses deadlines.
