Pros
Good company overall. Knowledgeable colleagues and access to many specialized insurance products. I believe they are a reputable competitor in the insurance field.
Cons
Poor communication from management. They hire and then they lay off. Turnover is moderate. Constantly changing procedures and operating guidelines.
