      Great products and great potential hindered by senior management.

      Cons

      Too too heavy with management. Many unqualified and inexperienced to offer any major input into the business. Sink or swim attitude with staff and at times certain staff intimidated, harassed and bullied and a blind eye turned to the main individual at the front of all this.
